Service Description

Elite Bake Shop provides custom baking services including wedding cakes, celebration cakes, daily pastries, and corporate catering. All products are made to order and require advance notice.

Orders and Payment

Orders must be placed in advance with a deposit. Final payment is due upon pickup or delivery. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. Custom orders require 48-72 hours notice minimum.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Limitation of Liability

Elite Bake Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
